It would be really nice to have an option to set a default country for searches, similar to how you can set a default search engine or choose whether to include NSFW results. This feature would be very useful because there are many searches I often make where I'd prefer to see English results rather than local ones, I'm also sure that many people from non english speaking countries would appreciate having this option.
If you're hosting it yourself you can manually place the preferred country at the top of each search engine file but this requires having your own instance and making changes to each search engine file individually.
Thanks!
Discussed a feature that would fix this issue here

T-thanks...
Hi and sorry if I'm bumping this
I was able to change the settings on my own browser, but it only affects when I'm using the address bar to make a search. If I use my instance as a home page (or just start a search on the Home page of 4get), my results will be in german (because my VPS is hosted in Germany)
Which is an issue for me because I wish to let some friends/family use my instance of 4get, I couldn't find any other way to enforce a default country on my instance. Did I miss something ? I tried tinkering with the files in my docker container, or with cookies, but couldn't find a way.
That's genuinely the only option remaining that would make 4get absolutely perfect for my use, thanks a lot for your work ✌️
I'm writing the new panel right now, I'll add a feature to add default filters to scrapers.
Thank you very much, you're the goat you think you are 🐐
