A simple PR that fixes 'Publicly accessible private resources' and 'Use of restart: always in docker-compose.yaml' mentioned in 'Docker: multiple issues' (issue #3)

Shouldn't cause any breakage, seeing that the current Apache2 instructions have a similar setup
